Ryan's Buffet

Good: Wide choice of food, extra-fresh salad greens, raw vegetables on salad bar, cooked greens and other plain vegetables always available, fresh pineapple and other fresh fruits always available, baked sweet potatoes, cornbread muffins $5.29 Megabar before 4:00 weekdays, excellent service and friendliness from coffee-bar attendants, the non-smoking policy, the fact that no alcohol is served. Bad: Wet floors in 2 places! After 8:00 PM,(many customers still eating) staff mopped ceramic tile floors in reception area, including between the front doors, and left a lot of water on the floor! This happened on two evenings when I was there June/July 2010. Yellow wet-floor signs were there, but what good is a sign if a customer breaks a bone? In women's restroom, towel container is across the room from the sinks, and floor is constantly wet!. Improvements: I wrote a letter to Ryan's management at least 2 years ago about the wet floor in the women's restroom, and no changes were made. Does Ryan's need a lawsuit because of a broken bone before attending to the wet floor problems?. more

for the most part of visiting Ryans, it was good BUT one thing that really aggrevated me was that they will not give out lemon to put in your water!! I can not drink carbonated beverages due to a kidney problem so anywhere I eat out I drink water w/lemon. They would not provide me with a slice of lemon! said that Ryans is trying to force people to buy a drink! My goodness charge 25¢ for water and provide lemon!!!! more

Well what can say about Ryan's steakhouse? The good thing is you just go in, get a tray, and go get what you want. They have tons of different fodd to choose from. The bad thing is there are always three hundred people there to get in your way. There is also always a couple of sick kids breathing all over the food. This is not a big deal if you have been working out in the sun all day and are starving. This is why you try to get a job inside where there is air conditioning. Overall this place serves it's purposs. It allows a lot of people to get a lot of food really quickly. more
