Good: nothing. Bad: everything. Improvements: close it down. Other: if there someone you dont like send them there for their most important occasion. they will make sure your "friend" will be very dissapointed, they value their profits much more than their customers. more

Good: Certain cocktail hour items were good but most food sucked.. Bad: With 1 hour until the end of the reception they piled the dirty napkins on the dance floor and put out bus carts on the edges of the dance floor which they filled up with dirty dishes and left them there. Drinks were weak. Entree was a choice of red or yellow paper, excuse me, red stood for some sort of beef and yellow for some sort of chicken... no more detail than that. I was waiting for a ? card for a "grab bag entree." I thought that was really tacky for a wedding, maybe not for a kid's birthday!. Improvements: Higher class service and less "wedding factory" atmosphere. Someone to check on the bathrooms during events as many toilets were stopped up and garbage was overflowing. Better, fresher food. English speaking waitstaff and bartenders without attitude would be nice.. Other: This was easily the WORST wedding I have attended and I am comparing it to another overcrowded wedding at a night club and a wedding where the open bar was cut off before dinner was served.. more

I had my wedding at Pantagis Renaissance and we were extremely happy with them. I was reluctant to use them because they have a reputation for being a wedding factory but we were having a small wedding (75 people although they can hold very large groups) and they let us book a Saturday night in June. I decorated with white flowers and the room looked beautiful, the room looks outdated when you visit during the day but it did not at all at the wedding. The food and staff, especially the bartender, was excellent. The only complaint is that they did not serve coffee quickly enough with the cake, they could not find my box of stuff and my wedding planner had to help, and that since I had a small wedding they did not offer a separate cocktail room but we still get compliments on our wedding 20 months later. more
