Pj's Pet Centre

when I first saw the inside of this store I was all 'Yah! lot's of stuff!' but then I looked at the state of the dogs... yuk. They were sitting in there own waste and there food and water dishes were empty. I was no longer 'Yah!'. I had decided to never go there again, untill one day when I was in a different mall and I saw a PJ's pets. I went in and by gosh it was spic and span :D. The dogs were fine and CLEAN, so I was happily surprised. All in all, I think the quality of each PJ's Pets varies due to different staff. more

I will miss this place. I went to PetCo across the street in Saugus- the selection was poor- they didn't have complete sets of items- ie complete turtle tank set up and/or models. There was dog urine all over the entire store. If the urine was on the floor, I can't imagine how many dogs have lifted their legs and urinated on all of the bottom shelf items! Yuck!!! I want my PJ Pet back!!!! That store was always well equipped and clean as a whistle!! more

PJ's pets is a great pet store. We especially love their fine selection of birds. They care many species of parrots and parakeets, etc. They all look to be in fine health. They also have dogs, hamsters, and other small pets. They also have a nice selection of pet supplies for your favorite animal. I think they carry alot more than most other pet stores. more

Around Christmas time I wanted a hamster i wanted a boy and a girl. When i went to this place to buy one i was guaranteed 100% one was a boy and one was a girl. And they both were boys so when i got home they were fighting like crazy. So i bought it back and they gave me another one and guaranteed it was a girl (again) and they kept fighting and fighting. I brought them back again and was so mad. I was like just give me my money back. They wouldn't they said we don't guarantee the sex of the hamsters i said your employee looked right at me and said its is 100% guaranteed that this was a girl and she guaranteed that twice. Of course i was mad i just apologized and took the store credit. I wouldn't mind if she didn't guarantee but she did i didn't know she wasn't suppose to and who do you think I was gonna listen to. I just don't like this store because the employees know very little about the animals they are working with. I would like the people to know what they are talking about. more
