After buying 3 nightmare inducing mattresses over the past 5 years I took a friend's advise and I went to Saugerties Furniture Mart and for the past 2 weeks I have been sleeping better than anytime in the last 5 years. They were the only store that had flippable mattresses and even though they were very busy both times I went to try mattresses they were very helpful and knowledgeable and they never pressured me. They delivered the mattress just when they said they would and their delivery personnel were very professional and careful getting the boxspring up my twisty stairs without scratching the walls.

BEWARE!!!! STAY AWAY...IT"S NOT WORTH THE UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! BEWARE!!!! STAY AWAY...IT"S NOT WORTH THE UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I received a message on my answering machine from Russell stating that I must call him back by 6pm that evening if I wanted to receive my deposit back from the order of the night tables. When I returned his call, Russell was as unprofessional a person as I have met in my 54 years. He said that before he would take my credit card information to return the deposit "You will wait until I am through with you" He proceeded to curse at me holding me hostage if I wanted my 200.00 back. When I started to share with him that had he called the company when I had asked in December, we may have decided based on the information about the company to get a different set, he refused to take any responsibility. When I became frustrated with the way he was treating me I said "I refuse to accept your disrespectful, unprofessional manner", he said he didn't care and if I wanted my money back I would have to listen to him. I told him he really needed some training in customer service, he told me he had been in business for over 60 years. I will never return to Saugerties Furniture Mart for any reason. I hope that others heed my warning and do not support such unprofessional behavior. My husband and I had a wonderful shopping experience at this store. I love that the furniture is all made in the USA and the quality is excellent. The selection was huge and fabric/color choices was extensive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
