When I called this insurance company there were so nice over the phone. They took all my information and told me they would get back with me very shortly with prices. They called back within a few minutes and explained to me everything that I needed in my insurance and told me some other things that I might or might not want to add. They were not pushy about getting me to add other things as most of the other insurance companies were. They were very nice and treated me with respect. I was very pleased with them. I decided to use them for my insurance.
