this company did a fantastic job on our ducts and dryer. I was informed when they came out that dirty dryer is the leading cause of fires in homes. They checked and showed me that the dryer needed to be cleaned. I've never seen so much stuff come out of a dryer in my life! As for the ducts- they showed me before and after photos and consulted me on what they were doing. the sales tec on the phone was very knowledgeable and thorough and didnt mind me asking tons of questions. they were great with my kids and the nosey dog. lol i have reccomended them to freiends and family, and as of this review, three family members have had them come out and say it was satisfactory work. very honest guys, couldn't be happier. thanks! more

My husband and I had all of our vents cleaned as well as our dryer vent. This company did an excellent and thorough job and were careful to check our vents to see how dirty they really were and did not try to upsell or over charge. Nikki was the woman who answered the phone, she was very sweet and very thorough with explaining to me the difference between the "roto" and the airsweep. She knew the exact prices and was very informative. She was a pleasure speaking with. They worked very well with my schedule. They arrived on time, called me an hour before the arrival time so I could meet them at my home. There were no hidden fees at the end of the job. It was a flat 189.99. Ron and Nikki came out, and they did a fantastic job. Nikki was Polite. Ron did a thorough job and consulted with me on what he was doing, and informed me that my furnace would need a cleaning and showed me why and where it needed to be cleaned. Thankfully they did my furnace that day as well! Nikki was so nice to my cats. They did a phanominal job! They have a customer for LIFE! more

Jason & Chuck were very polite, friendly, courteous and professional. They explained things as they went along and I could tell they knew what they were doing and were done in less than 1 hour. I didn't feel pressured to buy things I didn't need and will most likely have them come back out in the spring. they showed me my evaporator coil is really dirty, but I chose to wait til spring to have it cleaned. more

My A/C wasn't blowing very cold so I called these air duct cleaners and they came out, cleaned it and now it works great! I also had them clean my air ducts. We hadn't had them cleaned since we moved to Minneapolis and wow were they dirty too! Thanks guys! more
