I have been using Jackson Hewitt for a couple of years now. I usually go to the Jackson Hewitt in Walmart, in Riverdale, NJ. NEVER AGAIN and I'm just giving out a warning if you use the Riverdale one. We were shocked when this year they have a ""booth"" smack in the middle of a main Walmart AISLE. The booth had 2 desks and 4 chairs in a space that was about 12'x6'. As we sat behind a SHEER curtain for privacy, the intercom went off a few times for a Walmart Associate to either clean up an aisle or pick up a phone. The music was playing very loudly (we were by the Electronics department and it also played through the intercom which seemed like it was over our heads), customers were walking by and banging on the wall, there was a baby SCREAMING for a good 5 minutes, the vacuums were going off every 10 minutes, and some kid was bouncing a ball while waiting for his parents in Electronics. It was a ridiculous joke. I just hope that the guy that did our taxes was not distracted and did them right. We were there for 2 HOURS, the phones kept ringing. My husband and I both left with really bad headaches and cancelled our plans for that night.
