Dr. Bozzuto seemed very friendly and capable at first.
Yet, when I attempted to have my eyeglass prescription sent to the eyeglass place, his employees sent my contact lens prescription instead.
Then, after a week of not being able to see, I made an appointment with him, where he realized his error, tried to blame on it on the people who made the glasses.
Then he slyly adjusted my prescription (which still isn't accurate) and refused to pay for cost of the first frames, which he gave the wrong prescription for.
My sister has had a similar experience with a month long waiting period for her contact lenses and frames, which were ordered directly through his company.
There are much better optometrists out there. Avoid this one.
