Worst

One of the rudest customer service experiences I have ever had. In addition to being unhelpful, the woman actually hung up on me. I will never deal with that store again.

Supporting small local businesses is important. But my wife and I use Colley Discount Pharmacy because we trust the professional advice and service to be in the best interest of our health. Great customer service 12/16/2009

I have used Colley Pharmacy for nearly five years for my prescriptions. They are competitive and offer free delivery. Their service is OUTSTANDING. I have no complaints about them at all. They are a good business. I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

DO NOT PATRONIZE COLLET PHARMACY! 8/25/2009

I’ve used Colley Pharmacy because I believe in supporting local business but I’ve had enough! I was double charged for a $60 prescription and the pharmacy is refusing a refund or apology. I was told the purchase on my card had been voided, so I paid cash—big mistake! The void never went through and they now have “no record” that I paid in cash. I’ve also bought several over the counter medications that had been expired for a year or more. They have lost my prescription several times. I’ve given Colley Pharmacy many chances and can no longer support them. On top of everything else, the manager and owner treat customers horribly disrespectful. more

old fashioned service 9/30/2005

Colley Avenue Pharmacy is a really neat store to shop. THey have a great gift department and lots of hard to find items. They have a great staff with pharmacists that know how to help you. Always kind and assisting in help with medications. Located in Ghent on Colley avenue , this is a great place to get your prescriptions filled. They even offer free delivery of your medications to your home or work. more
