New Orleans Park............. 7/14/2005

City Park is beautiful with the oak trees and ponds in it. There is a children's play area and tennis courts and the botanical gardens in it as well. Do not stay after dark unless there is a group activity. Must see at Christmas time when the Park is decorated with christmas lights and villages. One can drive through and walk through the winterwonderland. Handicapped accessible. It opens after Thanksgiving and closes in the first week of January. Not open Christmas day and night. more
