This is a very fun, unique gift shop, similar to what you would find if you were on vacation in a little town somewhere. I especially love to go there at Christmas time! They have tons of wonderful gift ideas from specialty food things to christmas ornaments, to quilts, to candles, to framed pictures. I could spend at least an hour or two looking at all the fun stuff. They have a specialty candy area that reminds me of my youth. I highly recommend grabbing a girl friend and going for a fun shopping trip at the beginning of the Christmas season. You can really go anytime, but that is what it reminds me of!

Had the open-faced ribeye sandwich. I was surprised at the level of cooking being done...ribeye was nicely grilled on the outside but tender on the inside on top of a huge mound of mashed potatoes and what I think was ciabatta bread with a very nice brown mushroom gravy on top. Wife had a "home-made" veggie burtger with lots of fresh fruit. Most excellent!
Pros: Prices, relaxing atmosphere, view of marsh, food

I love the General Store! It has so many one-of-a-kind items. It is a great place to pick up that unusual gift for a friend. I have also enjoyed the salads there. It's a great place to pick up a quick lunch. You can also schedule a tea party with your friends. It is a must see place!

I love this place. The food is great and authentic, and the service is excellent. I'm guessing from the reviews that there were some bumps in the early days, but I would urge you to give the place another try. It is one of my favorite restaurants in the Twin Cities. The owner is often there greeting people at the door, and the wait staff has always been pleasant and attentive. Some of my favorites are the Saganaki and Loukaniko appetizers. I love the Tyropita and Koupepia (amazing stuffed grape leaves), and although I rarely go for deserts, I always save room here -they are incredible. I've been to here many times, and always a great experience. I also love going to this Minnetonka location because we don't have to battle the downtown traffic, and there is plenty of parking.

This is an invite store based out of someone's home. I shopped around for invites to find exactly what I wanted and a price I was willing to pay - and this place fit the bill exactly!
She helped us with the invite wording and picking out a not quite so traditional unity candle (exactly what we wanted).
They offer invites from pretty much all the big companies (Carlson Craft, Chase, etc). They also offer the napkins, programs, favors, etc.
I highly recommend them! They are seriously the definition of great service!

You won't be disappointed by Davanni's! The pizza is unique but has a great flavor and many times I go there for lunch and get one of the Hoagies. I'm vegetarian and both of the vegetarian options are delicious, although they are often too liberal with the mayo. The service is great, but isn't the quickest especially if they are busy. The prices are average but it won't break you bank.

Great happy hour at "normal" hours of 3-6. Half price Summit is great and the appetizer options for $1.99 are great. Mahi Mahi tacos were great, chicken wings, while standard fare, were excellent ,and the waffle fries with jalapeno aioli were tasty. Nice, warm, cozy atmosphere and a nice alternative in the suburbs.
Pros: Great food, great happy hour, great service.

Great Harvest Bread Company grounds their own whole wheat flour to make a variety of delicious and nutritious breads. They offer daily specials and my favorite is the cranberry/orange bread.They make great sandwiches to order for lunch. Their iced tea is delicious.Great Harvest will also put together gift baskets. I've been on the receiving end of one of these and they are great.
