Texas Roadhouse

My family loves this place. The downside is that it is always busy and there's always a wait. We counter this by eating late and not even considering the dinner hour. My very picky son eats the bread here with abandon. We usually just get him a side of something for his dinner entrée because he's going to mostly eat bread for dinner. My vegetarian daughter loves that she can get mac and cheese while the rest of the family enjoys steak. My favorite, always, is the BBQ. I love the sauce. And I have to have a sweet potato as a side--because really it's dessert. The wait staff is usually outstanding. Only one time was the service merely good and I think our waiter was just having an off night. When we want to splurge or have a big celebratory loud meal, we head to Texas Roadhouse. more

Texas Road House is one of the best steak joints around! The food is super yummy and the portions and prices are just right. The atmosphere is kid friendly and the kids enjoy throwing the peanut shells on the ground. They even have an early bird special which is even more affordable and there is generally no wait because you are there so early! My advice.....go early in the day or you'll be waiting for hours for a table! more

Texas road house is one of my most favorite places to eat. The only think I dont like is having to wait to sit down. sometimes it can take up to two hours to get in. That just comes to show that it is worth the wait. My husband and I Like getting the full rack of ribs and then split them between the two of us. After eating the rolls with the yummy cinnamon butter they give you, your are bound to come back for more! more
