Texas de Brazil

We heard great things about this place so we had to try it. It's about $40/person. It's all you can eat salad and meats. Men come around with different meats and you tell them if you want a piece or not. You have a little card that is red on one side and green on the other to let them know if you want more. Sounds great doesn't it?? WELL... We didn't have as many options for meat as we had heard that our family and friends had when they went. They give you rolls, cheese bread and mashed potatoes also. The cokes are 2.50 each for a 8 oz bottle. No free refills. When we went it was extremely crowded and they sat us upstairs away from the salad bar. It was FREEZING cold. Our table was very small and wobbly. We were all dressed up and crammed in the corner. We had even made a reservation. The whole experience was disappointing. I don't EVER plan on going back. Way too much money for all the trouble. We can make the meats better on our own grill. more

If you have not experience Texas De Brazil yet you are definately missing out! It is definately an experience. Great for a romantic date night. The salad bar is excellent so many foods to choose from but beware..save room for the delicious meats that will be sworming around your table. What I mean by this, you will have a circular card on your table. One side of the card is green and one side is red. Flip the card to green for the servers to bring meats to your table. The meats are on skewers. When you have had enough flip your card to red and the food will stop. One thing I did notice is they will bring the chicken, sausage first which are filling...after you start to get full the filet will come and its almost tooo late. I have learned to turn down all of the beginners and wait for the good stuff. This place is very pricey but well worth it!! more

Great place to have a formal dinner when you want a lot of meat. They have about 30 different types of meats to choose from. Very nice place! more
