Hadn't been here in a few months, so was a little wary due to the recent reviews, but have to say our experience was wonderful (as it was a few months ago). Almost everyone in our party had the Garlic Encrusted Prime Rib and not only was it fabulous, but all were cooked to perfection. Our server, Cheryl, was great...very attentive, but not overly part of our dining experience. Very good service, but not obvious about it.
I don't really care what the other patrons look like (as long as they're well behaved) and I didn't check out the bus boys shoe laces (or lack thereof), but I did note that he was very polite.
I'm more concerned with how the food and servce is...Bottom line, great food, great service. Looking forward to returning, but won't wait 3 months until the next time.
**By the way, we had 8:15 reservations and had a nice leisurely meal. Ended up we were the last ones out of the restaurant side and never did we feel rushed...very important in my opinion. We sometimes are late diners and have experienced wait staff at other places that tend to "hover" when it's close to closing time...not so here.

I went in to get a corrective color.. I was very happy with my hair at the end. It looks great and i have gotten so many compliments! my stylist was very knowledgeable. She told me what we were going to do and how we were going to get there.. The staff was friendly and i got coffee, and magazines. They were extremely accommidating. I will go back in fact i will make my appointment tommorow.. Definately give it a try you wont be dissapointed!!!
Pros: Staff, atmosphere, and skill
Cons: not alot of parking and weird location

I had dinner with my family about a week ago and from the friendly host to the great dessert everything was truly enjoyable. The atmosphere was comfortable and warm and we all had a great time. I had a bone in ribeye, which was one the best I have ever had, it was cooked perfectly and tasted great. My family also had the grilled fish, bbq ribs and roasted chicken and they said everything was great . We topped it all off with some Chocolate cake which was a huge piece of chocolate goodness. We will definitely be back and look forward to trying some more food.

Truly outstanding food, fast and friendly service, and the decorations are awesome. The owners are friendly and the breakfast selection is second to none. They have beautiful decor and decorate throughout the year in themes for the upcoming Holiday. It is hard to describe the decor, the time and effort spent in decorating is wonderful. I love the food and the atmosphere is truly wonderful.

My family and I have been dining at Plum Garden since I was a toddler. (im 19 now) They use no MSG in their food, which is what most chinese restaurants normally use. I'm sure plenty of people know that icky sick feeling they get after eating chinese food in some places. In any case! Dinner is a bit expensive, but if you go for lunch, you can get the same food for half the price. It's clean, the staff is always friendly, and the owners are also very kind. Don't forget to order your eggroll. Their huge, but mmmmmm so good!

We visited Vicke's Place on a Thursday evening during the summertime. Vickie's is right on the water of the Fox River. They have a great menu to select from. I had the fish sandwich and it was really good. My husband had a burger and loved it too. The staff are very welcoming and the service great.

I went to Kathryn's to find a dress for a black tie wedding. They showed me more dresses then I could've found on my own. The variation in manufacturer's sizes alone makes this a monumental task. However, the staff at Kathryn's is familiar with the variations and brought me all sorts of dresses in different sizes. They were extremely helpful. I would definitely go back. I will take my daughters there for their prom dresses in a few years!
