Good: SHOWED UP FOR APPOINTMENT IN TIME AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS. DID A GREAT JOB ON THE UPHOLSTERY.. Bad: ONLY ONE PERSON CAME WHEN I EXPECTED TWO OR MORE TO BE ABLE TO MOVE THE BIGGER FURNITURE.. Improvements: THE PERSON THAT CAME EXPLAINED THAT HE WAS THE ONLY PERSON AVAILABLE AS THE OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE AT ANOTHER SITE. THE APPOINTMENT COULD HAVE BEEN RESCHEDULED.. Other: THE JOB PERFORMED ON THE AREAS CLEANED WAS OF SUPERIOR QUALITY. BECAUSE SOME OF THE HEAVIER FURNITURE WAS NOT MOVED THE AREAS WERE NOT CLEANED. I WOULD HAVE AWARDED SIX STARS FOR THAT..

Stanley Steamers is a great carpet cleaning company. We called them for a free estimate several months back and they came out the very next day. Very professional and friendly, asked all the right questions. I made an appointment the very next day as the prices were quite reasonable. Plus they accept coupons from local competitors. The technicians arrived right on time, and even called first thing that morning to let me know they were on time. I was amazed! They did a great job, even moving small furniture. I was so impressed with the cleaning, the carpets look awesome! Will definitely use every year!

These carpet cleaners did a fantastic job on my entire house. The two men showed up even earlier than expected and were nothing less than professional and courteous. They got out spots that I thought were destined to me in my carpet forever and did it all so quickly I couldnt believe it. The only problem was they convinced us to buy the extra stainmaster guard and it really does not make getting out stains any easier in my opinion.
