WORST SERVICE EVER 2/8/2012

I have left reviews for this company on any place I see the name. This guy has terrible service. He agreed to refund my money twice no call no show. He only answers the phone when i use a phone from work. He told me the reason he didnt answer is because his mother passed away, told my co worker the same story 2 years ago. Karma is going to come back to him. The only 5 star reviews are from Terrytjs, Terry is the owner of the compnay.. he has 5 reviews taken off the yelp page because its from him and his wife.... go figure. more

This guy has the worst customer service EVER. He agreed to refund my money twice and no showed. He wont answer my phone calls unless i borrow a phone from a co-worker. He claims his mom died so thats why he didnt answer, yet he told my co worker the same thing 2 years ago wtf?? this guy is over all a big piece of sh*t. the only 5 star reviews is from a guy named Terry, Terry is also the name of the guy who runs this place. He gave 5 star review and bashed the better companys on yelp. Just like the only 5 star review on this site.... I already reported him to the Better Business Bureau(where he has a mark already and a letter grade of F). So please dont ever ever ever use this con man. more
