Chi’s is a great place for a sit down style Chinese restaurant. The owner’s have been operating in the city for at least 10 years now and the place has just gotten better. They offer traditional Chinese cuisine at a higher than most price. But that price is well worth spent as this will be some of the best atmosphere and Chinese food you will find in Little Rock. The original location is located on West Markham, however they have expanded so you can find one rather close.

So far, this is the best Indian food restaurant in Arkansas I have been to. The service is absolutely outstanding and the food is delicious. The menu includes a wonderful selection of appetizers and several vegetarian options. Star of India is a restaurant that I think everyone should try at least once. The mood, the staff, the flavors are all so pleasing that you will definitely want to return for more!

Out of all the Japanese restaurants in business, this one provides the most authentic and pleasant experience. No, it doesn’t have the table grills with the slap stick grill master, the toy boats rotating around the bar carrying the happy hour sushi, or televisions featuring sumo wrestling. All it is, is a simple, tastefully decorated restaurant with a doting staff and a wonderful selection of sushi and grilled items. Happy hour sushi specials are featured t lunch daily and Mon-Fri. from 5-7 PM. And the lunch special bento boxes provide excellent value and options to choose from. If you’re looking for tasty cuisine instead of a silly show, then this is the place for you.

Igibon is my absolute favorite of all restaurants. The staff is very friendly, the prices will not leave your wallet empty, and the food is TO DIE FOR. The best items on the menu are the sushi rolls. I am perhaps one of the world's biggest sushi addicts and when I say that I love Igibon's sushi, I am not kidding. The roll that beats them all hands down is the Volcano Roll. If you're a sushi fan, you MUST try it! You'll never be the same. ;-) I've never eaten better Miso soup nor have I tasted more delicious tempura. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
Overall Igibon is a gem of a restaurant and gets far too much of my money, as I cannot seem to keep myself away for very long. I highly recommend.

The best and most consistent Indian restaurant in Little Rock. The prior Indian restaurant that was in the same spot was not very consistent but new ownership has cured that problem. Highly recommend the butter chicken and the chicken vindaloo. The assortment of breads are extensive.
Pros: Great food and service
Cons: Dark dining room

This is the best of the 4 hibachi restaurants in central arkansas (crazy hibachi and benihana in NLR, sekisui and shogun's in LR). The building is kinda old, the interior is dark and smells like hibachi food. The best hibachi chefs in town work here and put on a great show. Sushi bar is attached, but you can get sushi in the hibachi area. You may have to sit with another family or couple, so don't be too shy.

A great group place with good food. You can have a good time here with one or ten friends because the food is great (and ample!), the service is impressive, and the ambiance is, well, really cool. There's a sushi bar (of course), regular tables, and the piece de resistance- a raised platform where you and your friends can kick off your shoes and eat Japanese-style. That's right, you sit on these neat cushions on the floor and eat on low tables. A good choice for when you want to have a good time but don't want to go all out.
Pros: good food, low tables, convenient location

My husband and I have been eating here for 15 years. We have never been disappointed. The service and the food are excellant. The decorations and interior of the restraunt could use a few special touch ups but in general, it is a great place to eat.
For a couple, I recommend the Shogun special for two. It is a little bit of everything from steak, lobster, shrimp and chicken. When you split the food, it is plenty for the average eaters and it cuts the price of the meal somewhat. Pay attention to the chef and you will get better entertainment. If you ignore him, he will simply prepare your food and you miss the entire art of his preparing the food for you.
Friday and Saturday nights are busy and parking is limited so if you are in a hurry, make a reservation.
Pros: food, service, entertainment
Cons: parking, out of date decor
