Namaste Massage welcomes you in with its warm, inviting and serene decor. It's a gorgeous space. And a massage with Jess is like no other! She has a warm and wonderful personality and impeccable professionalism. As she works her magic and seamlessly melts away areas of tension, I feel myself melting into the lofty puff of flannel sheets and quilting lightly surrounding me on the very wide and comfortable massage table. It's heaven! I completely let go and as I get off the table I feel longer, wider and so very peaceful. I feel her intent and care every step of the way. Jess gives an awesome massage which is absolutely second to none!

Anna has been doing my hair for years and it always comes out great. Her work is consistent and she listens to what I want even though she has been doing my hair for years. The staff at Blue is very professional and I always feel comfortable. They do not have rock star attitudes like in the city.
They also carry Bare Minerals (the only makeup I can use) so I get that there too.

I am so grateful I found Englander Chiropractic! I found out about Dr. Nina and her practice through City Search (yay, City Search!). I read all the overwhelmingly positive reviews and had to schedule an appointment to see her. I've suffered from an autoimmune condition for over 10 years, and to date no one has helped me cope with it more than Dr. Nina. My biggest complaint about my condition has been chronic pain throughout my body, mostly around my spine and in my legs. At my first visit Dr. Nina gave me very thorough examination, asking me things that no allopathic doctor has ever asked (nor would be allowed enough time to ask). She let me talk about my condition and listened, without interruption and with an open mind. It's now 12 weeks later. I've had more than 10 adjustments and 7 detoxifying foot baths. I can honestly say that my pain has decreased by 85%! My back is nearly pain-free, and my legs ache only periodically; and when they do ache, it's not for long. My energy has increased by about 60%, and I finally have a desire to exercise again. As an added bonus, I am more (mentally) focused and feel centered on a daily basis. I know that this is due to the decrease in pain. My thoughts are not constantly focused on physical pain. When your body is in pain it's really difficult to think of anything else. And the fact is, as anyone with chronic pain can attest, being in constant pain is physically and mentally draining. Dr. Nina's adjustments are gentle and seemingly simple, but the effects are incredible. It's amazing how the body works - and Dr. Nina has an immense knowledge of this. She educates me at each visit, so every time I leave knowing much more about my body and how to maintain my health. I trust her. In addition to the adjustments and footbaths, I've been taking nutritional supplements she recommends, and my digestion has improved steadily since. Try Englander Chiropractic and see for yourself. I have chronic migraines, dizziness and neck pain from an automobile accident several years ago and I have been to many, many massage therapists who specialize in too many types of massages to list. Essential Bodywork listed the same types of specialties and the same price range so I decided to stop by and check it out before scheduling an appointment. The owner, Chris, was there and was very sweet, caring and experienced. She, and her cozy space had the right energy. Soon thereafter, I scheduled a massage via their easy internet scheduling site, there was no fuss with parking, the massage was on time and it was far better than many that I'd had in and around Lexington. What a relief! Finally a massage therapist who zeroes in, blends several types of therapies as needed, isn't afraid to just touch with kid gloves and doesn't stick to the Massage 101 routine. I left loose, relaxed and feeling better than I have in awhile. I highly recommend Essential Bodywork and Massage.

Wilson Farms is a grocery store like no other in the area. It has the best selection fresh produce, cut flowers and imported gourmet cheeses. You can also pick up one of their already-prepared take home meals that are expertly fabricated from food grown or produced on the premises.
Also excellent at Wilson Farms is their large green house with many plants available for purchase. Prices are a little high, but can be expected with the uncompromised quality.

Health Stop is fantastic, as is Dr. Brown. I have never had a breast exam, nor has my 24 yr old son had a rectal and we have been there 20+ times over the last 5-6 years. Dr. Brown is for proper and appropriate, the best of doctors.

I keep coming back to this great place over and over again. I've eaten here for years and even have gotten my co-workers to fall in love with this place; we go every other week on Fridays for lunch. The collective favorite is the Baked Ziti with meat sauce . . . incredibly tasty and satisfying! Others have also commented on the calzones, subs and pizza. If you like no-nonsense, delicious meals for a bargain, this is a must try!
Pros: great meals, reasonable prices
Cons: can be noisy with kids at lunchtime, but the food is worth it!

I really think this is the best florist ever. The flowers are incredibly fresh...they always last at least two weeks! They always have a great supply of different flowers on hand so you can walk in and get a bunch of flowers. The vases they use are always really orginal too. Delivery is fast. And the customer service is wonderful. They seem to know exactly what you're looking for...plus a little extra. I used them for my wedding and people are STILL talking about the how great the flowers were!
