Good: Prompt appointments, follow up calls, marketing gimmick!!!. Bad: Outragiously expensive for an average performance that could've be done by any professional cleaner and for half the cost. The amount I ws charged ended up being $400 an hour. Ishould quit my work and start working in this business.They used my electricity and water. Their only cost was their chemical gimmick and some elbow grease.What are they? top notch lawyers or surgeons?! I told them I was not happy with some of the work. They sent the guy back but I still was not happy. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!. Improvements: I would like them to get out of this business and let the honest low cost cleaners back into this business..
