the maintenance department was excellent. Went in for an oil change for my focus and took care of my truck while I was there as well. THe staff was helpful and friendly. I enjoy my visit every time I am there. more

Top Notch Service Department 1/24/2015

From the Service Manager to the Service Writer all the way down to the individual mechanic, I don't think you will find a better team. They honor what the say and they say what they mean. I'm impressed each time I drop and of my six vehicles off for service. Go Seahawks. more

Fast service! 1/24/2015

Got my oil changed and service was done in less than 1 hour. Also wanted my tires rotated but technician measured all tires and tread wear was the same on all tires therefore rotating tires was unnessasary, saving me a few bucks. more

Service Dept. 1/21/2015

I had my computer module go out on my 98 F-150. I was told it would be 2-3 days for the part to show up. Service dept called me the next day to tell me the part had arrived and my truck was running and ready for pick up. more

oil change experience 1/19/2015

Have been going to Lakewood Ford since they moved and changed from Mallon Ford never had to make an appointment always was able to get oil changed on Saturday the new gentleman who was running ooil changes just said he was booked up for the day I would to have to make an appointment, I was. Gonna leave so I went out than I decided to talk to the receptionist she said talk to the lady in service she was able to get my oil changed fot me, I was in no hurry and I had no problem waiting but the gentleman scheduling oil didn't ask if minded waitig, he needs more training on customer relations more
