I had stayed at this place years ago, and loved all the space it gave us. I must of had a very nice room given me. Tonight, I was going to book again with this hotel, and had to telephone the office at 3am for a question. The lady at the desk was angry that I called at this time for questions, and informed me that it is not the 'proper' time for reservations. She stated these words to me, even though she was the front desk reservation agent! She wined, 'oh maaaam, COULD you Pleeeaaaaseee call back tomarrow and speak with the front desk at a more decent time, concerning your questions?!" She sounded like she was very sick of customers....and when I questioned her about why the telephone number on the reservation website was listed for ANY questions 24/7, she couldnt give me an answer as to why she would not answer my question (concerning renting kitchen pots and pans). I tried to telephone another number, because I wanted to book my room since I am a very busy person, and she kept hanging up on me as soon as she picked up..finally realizing that this must be the same lady, I quit calling. I read the previous review, and now am worried that if I insist on booking a room again with this place, I will not have good luck this time and get a very shabby room! So, forget booking a room, Im going elsewhere, Also forget the attitude too! They lost a fan! Thank you for your time and patience for reading this.
