I'm not sure what the other reviews are about but we loved it! Family friendly and cozy. Customer service was good I mean not super great but good and friendly. I mean your at pizza joint not the Four Seasons here people.The wings were very good and meaty and the deep fried cheese sticks my daughter loved. We had the Steamers combo pizza and my husband took one bite and said "Now that's what I'm talking about..that's good pizza" and I 100% agree.The drinks are made nice and strong just the way we like them! We loved everything! It was just a little on the pricey side but not enough to keep us from going back. I say try it and you'll see what I'm talking about

Everything here was wonderful. I have only been once as I'm from LA but I plan on returning to Lanza's with every future trip to Lake Tahoe. The food, the atmosphere, even the building itself impressed me as just perfect. A relaxed and enjoyable Italian culinary experience. Expect large portions.

I was pleasantly surprised to enjoy my meal at Hiro Sushi. I did think the price was a bit high for the quality, but you are across the street from Lake Tahoe, so I guess that adds. We had our baby with us and she was welcomed by the staff. I think if we went back without her, we would do the all you can eat at the bar which is a great value! It is not the best sushi experience i have had like in Vancouver, BC, or San Francisco, but for it is the best I have had since moving to Lake Tahoe.
Pros: all you can eat option, good quality sushi
Cons: a bit crowded, slightly overpriced

Conviently located right on the main highway in Kings Beach. They have a nice selection of food, beyond just burgers. You must try their delicous, creamy milk shakes. They are just a great old-fashioned burger stand. One of the best things is they are dog-friendly. Plenty of outdoor seating for you & your dog to enjoy Char-Pit's delicous food.

This is our family's favorite restaurant in North Tahoe. Great food and cozy atmosphere. We love to sit around their indoor fire pit while waiting to be seated. Although usually crowded, it's worth the long wait.

Excellent service. Food had good spice (they seem to add a little touch of heat to everything), but of the several dishes I tasted from our table they all had too much of too many flavors happening at once.
Overall quality of food was high.
Service was outstanding. One of the Soule's waited on us.
Atmosphere was great, old cabin was cozy, fire was toasty.
The early 90s, square, black dishes need to go.
