Absolutely terrible!! My Fiance dropped off his dress blues to have his rank and service stripe sewn on in preparation for our wedding. He also dropped off his medals to be mounted. They were due to be picked up on January 7th, however we did not make it to get them until January 11th. When we went to pick them up they weren't even ready!! She hadn't sewn on a single thing and she had not sent the medals to be mounted! The worst part is that no one there even cared! She didn't seem to think there was a problem with the fact they weren't ready or that she hadn't even called! It takes two weeks (according to her) to get medals mounted. Two weeks the items were with her and she never got them sent off. Keep in mind our wedding is next Saturday and we go on leave this Saturday! She sewed on the patches while we were there but still charged $60!! TERRIBLE business. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
