Yes, I know, I know. The quality has gone down, and I frequent the Hacienda Heights location more than the San Gabriel location because it is much cleaner and has higher quality food. DON'T order regular beef teriyaki, chicken teriyaki, or cha siu. If you want good food, order the black cod, sukiyaki, nabe, tempura, sesame chicken, or specialty beef tempura (filet or NY). The San Gabriel place used to be Asian Al's in the '80s. You always had friends there every time you went in. Now, most people will drive to Hacienda Heights.
