Mimi's Café recently opened in The Shops at Greenridge shopping center. Mimi's Café offers regular fare as well as "brunch" type of food. The best part of a meal at Mimi's Café is their bakery goods. With each meal, you get a sample of the bakery goods. I ordered the Quiche Lorraine and I had a blueberry muffin. The muffin was about five times the size of a normal muffin and tasted like cake. They also have excellent carrot bread. They offer many recipes for their baked goods on their website (www.mimiscafe.com). Mimi's Cafe is the best place in Greenville for a casual brunch.
