I shop at Jake's all the time and the employees are always nice. I love all the new items they get in daily. Don't let a sour customer from Canada stop you from going there, a lot of companies do not ship to other countries.

Nice showroom, good service. It is owned by the same Amish brothers that own the Flor Haus in Leola, PA. They keep all their in-stock inventory at the Flor Haus, if you want to pick something up, you have to go to Leola. Ask for Gary Brookens at the Flor Haus, he will take great care of you!

We have a small pet who is very quiet ,when we checked in we were never told that when we go to eat we must take the dog with us by the owners wife who CHECKED us in, ,all we did was go eat then pick up the dog & take her with us for the day we would only be gone about one hour,I told her that pets were not allowed in restaurants in any State she said thats the hotel policy,also at least twice a day the toilet would back up I told the owners wife & she handed me a PLUNGER she never sent anyone to unclog the toilet bowl or offer us a different room,the people above us were very quiet but when they walked the floors squeaked something awful I guess the hotel is not soundproof,the front desk women I think her name was Deb was super nice will look for another pet friendly hotel on our next trip

These guys have a whole variety of stuff for the pets. And that too for all the pets - ranging from bees to pigs. They have some friendly staff but not all of them are friendly. My pets seem to love their place. They are a bit costly if you compare them with other big chains in the city.
