I agree with all the previos reviews. I returned a ripping rug about 3 weeks after purchasing. I was given an instore credit, went to pick out a different rug was quoted a price but once they find out I had a credit the Mr Madari guy (the owner) raised the price by 1000 bucks! I see why the business is closing. NOT a honest company at ALL more

Stay away from this owner. He buys cheap rugs at Nebraska Furniture mart and resells them at 5 TIMES THE PRICE. THERE ARE NO RETURNS. ONCE HE HAS YOUR Money YOU CAN ONLY EXCHANGE FOR AN UPGRADE. WHAT HAPPENS IS YOU FIND another rug he simply raises the price. He appears to have serious mental problems and a complete lack of integrity. ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS HAVE BEEN WRITTEN BY SOMEONE ASSOCIATED WITH HIS STORE. more

Predatory Merchant 2/14/2012

Bad: This is by far the worst experience we have ever had with a merchant. These people are patently dishonest. They take your money and do not deliver your merchandise. Very high pressure sales tactics. Inferior quality inventory. Does not accept returns. Final sales "As Is" BEWARE!. Improvements: They should treat Americans with respect.. Other: Do not trust this business. Am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.. more

They got my money and have no rug 5/17/2011

I have returned two rugs as they did not match. Persepolis has not found a rug for me and will not return my money. It has been more than 6 months. They have been polite but have not made much of an effort to obtain a rug that fits my room. I am most disatisfied. May 2011 more
