I have been in the store several times and all times, the staff seems preoccupied with the phone or keeping their attitude problem in check... I loved the things in their store but no one was helpful or friendly and quite frankly all were very snotty, haven't been back since more

The Plaid Rabbit is an incredible baby store! The staff is above-and-beyond friendly, and if you are looking for something specific, they will go out of their way to find/order it or even have it hand-made to please you, the customer. Although they carry some unique and one-of-a-kind clothing that you thankfully won't find in every other run-of-the-mill baby store, their emphasis is on nursery furniture, wall art, mirrors, picture frames and accessories. It is a great place to buy accessories for the home as well, not just for a baby's room. You will always be able to find that special gift where people wonder just where you bought it. I shop here because of the staff and the product selection, and for those reasons their prices are fair. You get what you pay for, and here you get great customer service, unique selection, no-hassle return/credit policy and a beautiful environment with incredible murals and ideas. This store strives for excellence and is definitely in a league of their own. more

The Plaid Rabbit in the Cool Springs area of Franklin has some wonderful baby things. They have beautiful furniture, crib bedding, and accessories, but they are definitely high end pieces. Their soft baby clothing items are both functional and gorgeous, but again, you definitely pay premium prices. I found the staff to be less friendly than at other upscale baby stores in Franklin and Nashville and would probably prefer to shop at Especially Baby or Little Cottage Children's. However, they have lovely things that would be perfect for a special gift or occasion. more

The Plaid Rabbit is a very cute children's clothing store. They carry some really cute clothes by both national and local vendors. Once nice thing about them is you can often special order clothes from their local vendors. The staff is also very nice. My only complaint about this store is that they always seem to be low on merchandise. The racks are sparsely placed throughout the store and the selection always seems a bit low. That keeps me from visiting this store as often as I do some of the other children's boutiques in town. more

Plaid Rabbit is a baby store to dream in. It's all pastels and ribbons, with lovely little vignettes painted on the walls. The products are displayed in nursery settings (a crib, dresser, changing table dressed with bedding, accessories, clothing); it's a pleasure to browse through. The store carries upscale brands like Bugaboo and Little Giraffe; it's not a place for bargains. It's a store full of dreamy, fairly expensive, beautiful pampered-baby products. more
