Great store 5/4/2009

I travel all over the US and I miss having The Grainery to shop at when I am out of town. I have never found a store like this one. It is small, but that is an advantage since I get VERY GOOD service and knowledgeable staff help. Everything that they have ever recommended to me works!! I have spent alot of money on products that just plain don't work and they only carry quality, effective products and they know their stuff. I buy all my groceries there, they are a full line store. They carry the BEST salmon and organic buffalo I have ever found. And their chicken is wonderful! If you have not been to The Grainery you must check it out! Sharon more

Knowledgable, great service 6/27/2006

I love this store. I travel quite a distance to shop here for all my groceries. I eat organic food and find that they carry everything I need. They have a great selection of organic groceries including exotic meats and produce. I find the prices comperable to other stores and since I buy in quantity they give me a volume discount. No one has ever helped me with my nutritional needs the way they have. Most stores are only interested in selling you something. They know their products and are VERY knowledgable! They helped me when I was sick and no one else had products that worked! more

Small, Quaint, and Pricey 8/11/2005

This natural foods and homeopathic goods store has had a great reputation in the Flint area for over 20 years., so I decided to check it out. The shop itself is the first floor of a house, and the store owners are friendly. Because the store is so small, you probably won't find everything you're looking for here (I especially found the selection of meat substitutes quite weak). Expect to pay a premium in price. more
