Great service; friendly and professional 10/8/2011

I had read some negative comments about Fairfax BMW, so I was skeptical. However, I was very, very pleased with my servicing. From the time I drove into the bay, to the time I got my 328i back, the quality of service and attention to detail was constant. I can't speak about the pricing issue, however I will say that I had a few minor problems with my car that were clearly not warrenty related. They fixed all the problems, no questions and no payment asked. I strongly recommed them. more

Stay away from the Service Department. Go ANYWHERE else. You will pay less and get more honest service. more

Excellent service! 8/11/2005

I bought my first BMW a few months ago - I went to 2 other dealerships to look around, but was dissatisfied with the service (or lack thereof). This dealership was very different - the service was better than excellent from the beginning. The sales associate spent hours and hours with me on several occasions in order to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I ended custom ordering my dream car - they told me it would arrive a few days before it actually did, so they gave me a loaner BMW in the meantime. Everytime I stepped foot in that dealership, a number of people greeted me, I was offered a seat, cappucino, and use of a phone. BMW is a luxury car and the service at this dealership is a luxury as well. more
