When the technician arrived to install the Bath Fitter equipment over our existing tub, he did a very quick and efficient job. He told us the required drying time that would be necessary to set the caulk and we stood by that rule. Over the next week or so, we noticed that the tub floor was getting "squishy." It turns out the caulk didn't hold and all the bath water was collecting between the old and new tub. To their credit, they sent a technician out right away to resolve the problem.
