Preferred Dental Practice

My kids adore Dr. Tim and Dr. Curt and we do not like going to the dentist!! They are both highly recommended and they are exceptionally compassionate to their patients. In all the years we have been under their care, I cannot say one negative thing about their work. more

Good: Neighborhood Dentist. Bad: Told by Dr. Shore "I wouldn't put something in someone's mouth I wouldn't want in mine." Then he did just that. Told him what he put in my mouth feels like it is in my tongue. Dr. Shore said " Don't put your tongue on that side of your mouth." Like the left side of my tongue belongs somewhere other than the left side of my mouth.. Improvements: His assistants continually asking him questions about dental work because he doesn't like that then they will be able to see his true motives.. Other: One assistant commented to Dr. Shore "We don't understand how you can see with those things." referring to the spectacles he wears that look like microscopes. Dr. Shore said "You just have to get used to them." which means while he is getting used to seeing with them he is practicing on people like ME!!! As of 7/2010 this dentist is currently under review in this matter with the Michigan Dental Association.. more

Dr. Curt is a wonderful dentist. My son is now 18 and is not afraid of dentists due to Dr. Curts wonderful manner. I highly recommend this practice. more

This office is located in Eastpointe, corner of 10 Mile Road and Kelly. Parking is ample. This practice shares office space with the same staff and dentists for adults, also. The dentists have varying hours, as they have another office in Clinton Township. Dr. Curt is there on Mondays and Thursdays and is a very capable doctor. They also have an orthodontist on hand to provide braces and the care of same to their pediatric patients. There is also a "cry room" that allows patients who may be scared or have special needs to be in a separate room, away from the larger room that has 3 dental chairs in it, allowing more than one child to be there at a time. more
