Stay away for Expressions Family Hair Design at Downer Grove 12/9/2006

I got a men hair cut over there, that's means I did ask a very basic work for an hair designer. A supposedly "hair designer" butchered my hair so badly, I had to come back to have it re-cut by someone else. BUT NOT everything been possible to fix !!! AND I didn't even received apologize from my cheap hair designer who was also in the store, amazing !!! absolutely unreal. more

Great Stylist 3/20/2006

A great place to get your haircut. The stylist is charming, well trained and professional. She does a great job on hairs and helps you achieve the look you are aspiring for. She also accommodates special needs like I want only scissors to be used and she would comply. The prices are moderate and the quality of work good. You are sure to receive numerous compliments after a haircut here. more

Good haircuts 8/13/2005

This place is a little on the pricey side, givin all the parts of the business. It isnt that popular of a place and the staff isnt THAT great. In my humble opinion, it doesnt do much to justify being a great place, or to justify its prices. You can take a trip around town and find a few other hair places for cheaper. Overall i give this place three stars out of five because although it isnt wonderful, it isnt terrible either. more

Good haircuts 8/10/2005

This salon is great. My mom gets her hair but here all the time and I went a few times. They always do a great job. I also went to them the day I go married to get my hair done. They did a WONDERFUL job and it looked great all day and night. I have really hard hair to work with so I was worried about it falling down thru the night but she did a grea tjob making sure it stayed up. In fact I had a hard time getting it to go back to normal. Overall this place is great! more
