I HAD TO HAVE MY 19 YEAR OLD CAT PUT DOWN WHEN I FOUND OUT SHE STARTED HAVING SEIZURES. WE FOUND OUT SHE WAS FULL OF TUMORS AND SUFFERING. THE STAFF HERE WAS VERY COMPASSIONATE AND UNDERSTANDING. I GOT TO STAY WITH MY CAT THROUGH THE PROCESS AND WAS GIVEN TIME TO SAY GOODBYE. THEY TRULY UNDERSTAND THAT PETS CAN BECOME A PART OF YOUR FAMILY.

Dr. Montesano and the rest of the "Physicians For Women" staff both doctors etc., are top shelf.
They have a mammography center in the lower level of the building as well. So it's one stop shopping.
If there is an emergency they are right on top of it. The always-return calls promptly unlike many
doctor's offices.
There has never been a problem with the fact I am a long distance patient having to drive an hour to see them. They have no problem coordinating care with both other Connecticut and Massachusetts hospitals, physicians etc.

But what really impressed me is that after Dr. Hecht took care of our cat, she called a couple of days later to find out how he was. That's where my beloved cat is going now. You can sense the caring when you are in the waiting room.. Bad: So far, there is nothing I don't like. Improvements: At this time, this would not apply to me.. Other: Thank you for caring..

I'VE BEEN BRINGING MY KIDS HERE SINCE 2002 AND AM VERY HAPPY HERE.THEY HAVE A LARGE STAFF OF PEDIATRICIANS TO COVER VACATIONS, DAYS OFF ETC.. THEY HAVE SEPARATE WAITING ROOMS FOR SICK KIDS AND ROUTINE VISITS. THEY ALSO HAVE VERY FLEXIBLE HOURS INCLUDING SOME EVENINGS. THEY ARE OPEN 7 DAYS PER WEEK FOR EMERGENCIES. THEY ALSO HAVE A NURSE AVAILABLE 24/7 FOR MEDICAL QUESTIONS/ EMERGENCIES.

TALK ABOUT KID FRIENDLY. THE WAITING ROOM IS NOT ONLY FULL OF TOYS BUT 2 PLAYSTATIONS ARE SET UP ON TVS FOR THE KIDS TO PLAY WITH. WHEN YOU GO IN FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT YOUR CHILD SITS IN A RECLINER AND NICKELODEON IS PLAYING ON TV AT EACH STATION. THE STAFF IS WELL TRAINED IN DEALING WITH SMALL CHILDREN AND THEIR BEHAVIOR. WHEN YOU ARE DONE YOUR KIDS WALK OUT WITH LITTLE TREAT BAGS WITH A TOOTHBRUSH & PASTE, STICKERS AND A SMALL TOY. I TRULY BELIEVE THERE COULD NOT BE A BETTER SET UP FOR KIDS! p.s. WE LIKE DR. IWASAKI.

You can get your eyes tested and your prescription glasses at the same place. They have a good range of branded as well as non branded glasses. If you buy them on sale and have insurance you can ave quite a lot. They accept most major insurance cards which is great. They inform you when the glasses are ready and were willing to send it to another location closer to home.

I really like Danbury Orthopedia Associates. I have seen them numerous times for various problems and they really knwo what they are doing, and everyone I have seen has been extremely charming and sympathetic. The doctors have spent time with me and really to what I have to say - they don't blow you off like I've found some other doctors to do.

GETTING AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIM CAN BE LESS THAN EASY AT TIMES BUT HE IS TRULY WONDERFUL. HE FOUND A CANCEROUS PANCREATIC TUMOR ON MY FATHERS X-RAY WHEN HE WAS LOOKING FOR GALLSTONES. HE SAVED MY FATHERS LIFE! HAD HE NOT SEEN THE TUMOR IT COULD HAVE GONE UNTREATED FOR YEARS AND BY THE TIME SYMPTOMS AROSE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TOO LATE. HE IS VERY THOROUGH AND VERY WISE AND MANY ARE LUCKY TO HAVE HIM AS THEIR PRIMARY PHYSICIAN.
