I own a rental property in Petersburg, VA but I reside in Maryland. My tenant contacted me and informed me that the AC unit wasn't working. Since I was miles and hours away, he had to communicate with me via cell phone. Joe called me to tell me what he found....now he could have told me that in addition to the capacitor failure, I would also need 2 shots of Freon at about $68 each but he didn't take advantage of me and the situation....my AC didn't need anything extra and that's exactly what Joe told me as he described the actual repair that he made.....he was truly an honest broker and his honesty saved me money and it saved me 4 hours worth of drive time from Maryland to Petersburg roundtrip. I commend Colonial and I will definitely use this top-notch company again for all of my plumbing and heating repairs.
