Expert Alterations and Tuxedo

What to do with a $700 suite with a small, but noticeable moth hole on the shoulder? I talked to the folks at Macy's and Dillard's and they told me a woman along Manchester used to do re-weaving, but retired and did not have an alternative. I searched for another solution. I came upon this tailor just be accident. Talked to him and he told me he could do the work with no problem, something he specializes in. I left the suit with extra materials from when it was altered, gave him a month and picked it up yesterday. UNBELIEVABLE! There is no presence of any sort of major reconstruction on the suit. It looks as good as it was the day I bought it. Added to the good work, the gentleman, Noor, has excellent customer service skills. He is confident of his craftsmanship, proud of the work he does and puts his heart and soul into it. There might be others out there who do this work, but not many, and for that matter, once you find a guy like this, you stay doing business with him, a local small business dedicated to excellent work. more

I had tried numerous tailors all over St Louis and I finally found one I am sticking with! I am very particular and know what I want (slim fitting). I have had new suits altered, existing suits and jackets that had been previously altered but not to my satisfaction (some more than once) and shirts worked on. He makes everything look custom made and at a fair price. If something is not to your satisfaction he will make it right. Highly recommend! more

Expert Alterations is the only place I go for alterations and tailoring. I have now had 5 garments altered and I continue to be impressed. After trying 3 other tailors in the past, I prefer this place because of the personal touch the owner gives. The work is completed fast and accurately. I drive from the city all the way to Town and Country (with countless other tailors much closer) because I enjoy the personal service.
