This Incline Railway is a fun way to get a beautiful view of Chattanooga. You can ride it all the way up and down Lookout Mountain and take in the gorgeous views from inside your car. The railway line has been on the mountain for many many years and undergone several updates. Once you get to the top of the mountain, be sure to go up on the uppermost level to the observation platform to get another look out across the area. There are telescopes there that you can use to get a closer look for just a quarter. Restrooms, a souvenir shop and snack shops are also located in the building.
