Sprint Store 4/30/2011

I recently upgraded our family plan and have made 3 trips to this store within the last 6 weeks. I just wanted to say that every Sprint employee there was professional, friendly, & helpful. I rate this store 10 stars (which is double the stars of Sprint's customer survey highest honors!). OUTSTANDING customer service! Thank you Sprint. more

Sprint 4/16/2006

This is one of the most annoying and irritating stores I have ever been in . It's set up where there is not a good way of telling who comes into the store first therefore causing confusion when it's time for someone to help you. Twice this month I've been there and they've waited on people who came in after me before me. I can't wait until my contract is up with them because I plan on using another company. more

Sprint 6/22/2005

I would not go back here to get a cell phone even if they were giving them away for free. I am unfortunately locked into a two year contract which is the only reason I continue to do business with them. The employees here are nice to you if they think you're purchasing a new plan, but if you have questions or need help once you've signed up with them they couldn't care less. Going to this store is always a pain. more
