Waste of time 8/31/2018

We signed with Krutz to find a house and had Eric as our realtor. In a month's time we are still looking, wasted the last week on houses that were a waste of time and had to search for all the properties we went to look at. As we are in a time crunch, we also made it clear that we needed to find something very soon to meet our deadline and he went away on vacation, wasting a week before someone else got in touch with us. Linda was extremely helpful and very productive and I would recommend her. Please use caution with this realtor. more

Excellent service 11/13/2005

We used Krutz Properties when we were looking for a new home. They realyor sat down with us and worked through exactly what we were looking for then they gave us several chopices of homes that matched what our family needed. We set up a walkthrough of the one we were most interested in and ended up buying that exact one. They also helped us go over what we needed to do as first time buyers to get us in our new home as quickly and easily as possible. We recommend tehm to all our friends. more

Great service 11/12/2005

We used Krutz Properties when we wanted to sell our last home. They came and did a walk through to get to know the property and then took all our information. They were very friendly and answered all of our selling questions. They were really good at keeping us updated on their progress with phonecalls at regular intervals and quickly sold our home for the price we were asking. more
