excellent service 7/3/2008

Along with my children, I have been a patient at Blackstone Valley Dental Associates for several years. We have always been happy with the pleasant atmosphere and excellent service. We have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. I recently had a dental problem that was causing quite a bit of discomfort. When I called I was given an appointment that day! I have recommended BVDA to many family members and friends and I will continue to do so. more

Did unauthorized work 12/21/2005

I went in for a cavity / filling in one tooth. When they were done they had done that work but also replaced another filling without telling me. When I asked about it he said yes, he felt it would be better to do both for various reasons. These reason may have been valid, but I was not missing from the scene. I should have been consulted before he went ahead and did the extra work which resulted in costing me over $100 out of pocket after insurance. Beware of what work is being performed..... more

Does an okay job, long waits, poor service 11/7/2005

We used their dental services for a short while. The actual service was fine. The staff did a good job of putting my daughter at ease and taking care of her. However, everything moves very slowly here, both in the waiting room and while waiting for the dentist. We actually waited in the chair after my daughter's teeth were cleaned for the dentist to come and check them for an hour! And don't ever attempt to get your records from them. That was a total nightmare and I eventually just gave up. Parking is also awful there. more
