My friend and I went to The MeltingPot the other night. I had heard good things about it, then heard an ad for it on Matty in The Morning during my commute to work. I felt that it was a sign to make a reservation and couldn't stop thinking about fondue all day!! We arrived early, and sat at a high top table in the bar area. Very hip. I spotted a drink called the Strawberry Basil Lemonade- I was intrigued and ordered it. My friend had some type of margarita made with blackberries- both drinks were fabulous. We were seated soon after sipping our drinks. We walked through a maze of cozy booths, I was shocked at how big this place really was!! It looked empty from the waiting area, but I think almost every table was filled in the back. We had a nice spot to camp out for the next couple of hours. We had already decided that we would splurge and order The Big Night Out, and I'm so glad we did! We were brought our cheese selection (a delicious mixture of several cheeses with garlic and basil I think). Wow! Our waitress came back to check in (she was awesome) and we ordered our next item which was a salad. Even the salad was a mixture of flavors I wouldn't think to put together. Onto the main course!! She brought out shrimp, lobster, filet, chicken, veggies- I was so glad I didn't eat all day knowing I was coming here. All of this food- yummy!! We had selected some type of Caribbean cooking sauce which was awesome. I just kept patting myself on the back for making the call to finally come here- I don't know why or how I waited so long to try this place out. Of course chocolate was our finale!! What a great way to end a meal. Fruit and cakes dipped in chocolate, who invented this? Fantastic. If I didn't think anyone would see me I would have licked the plate clean- I didn't but I could of!! I can't wait to go back again, whose coming?!?!?

The decor of the place is nice and there is plenty of seating for the lunch time buffet. Yes, I said lunch buffet. The variety is good enough for lunch and for about $8 it's not to pricey. I don't recommend sitting near the window because the area is tight and I'm not a big person at all. A lot of bumping chairs and apologizing. The regular menu is not bad either. Try the calamari.

I've been a regular customer at Minuteman since Feb. '99. I've leased 3 brand new VWs here - Jetta, Golf GTI and a loaded Passat. I love the service, the owner (Felix) and they had an excellent showroom manager - Michele Karavanic - however she resigned so I will greatly miss her. However, the VW dealership is top notch. I've been to VW dealerships in Boston, Allston, Beverly, Nashua, and other greater Boston dealerships and none of them can sell and lease cars like Minuteman - they are top n notch. I can't say this enough. I will continue to shop at this VW for years to come. 5 stars all the way - from their parts and service department to their sales floor - 100% best of the best.

My dog has been going to Crestview Kennels for years and she absolutely loves it. The owners are very nice and they give the dogs lots of attention. The dogs are able to play several times a day, and I know this is true because my dog is exhausted when she gets back home. The owners sincerely care about dogs and they do their best to keep them happy.
Pros: kennel is in owner's backyard, owners are very nice, dogs get to play a lot

They have all types of flowers, plants, trees, etc. In addition, they sell stakes for vine-like plants to grow up, little benches to put in your garden, fertalizer, and anything else you could possibly need. Usually, the employees are able to help you find what you are looking for, and the prices are reasonable.
