R.N. is under new management. Nicole rocks! She is warm and friendly and I am finally HAPPY every time I get my nails done! I have been to so many places where the tech will talk your ear off the whole time about NEGATIVE things - how they can't get along with their kids, or whatever. Bummer. Nicole greets you with a lovely cup of green tea, and the relaxation begins while she quickly and beautifully maintains your nails. And she will NOT take advantage of you either. She actually talked me out of changing from solar nails to the new gels explaining why to my satisfaction - and for me to change would have made her more money every time I come to her shoppe. Now THAT is a genuinely kind and caring person! I have also had a pedicure and eyebrow wax. I have left the shoppe very happy every time. I am so relieved to have finally found a place I am so content with - you should give Nicole a chance. She ROCKS.
