Lousy Service and Sneaky Policies 11/13/2009

This company has condescending and sarcastic tellers and managers who will not remember you if you need help but will remember you if you owe them money. They will use tricky policy to stack overdraft fees in order to bleed you dry. This 'luxury' credit union has elitist and sexist policies when hiring and when treating its customers. Their treatment leaves much to eb desired. Whenever possible I take out my money for it is safer to keep cash than to leave it in the sneaky grips of these money lenders. more

Great Customer service 11/25/2005

This company has great customer service! Upon walking in the door they give you a hello and a smile. They are in a great location surrounded by other businesses, the staff is really friendly and courteous. The decorations are really nice, they have a drive through window for your convience, this is a great place to do all your banking needs. more
