We use Chase for many services, and none of them are actually banking! First, we have our mortgage through Chase. They have been great, we always get our slip at the right time, and have never had a single problem with them. We even can pay the mortgage at various branches. We also have a credit card through Chase. Unlike other credit cards we have (Discover) we never have any problems concerning customer service. We highly recommend them.
