Joan Kashimoto was the leader of scam I fell for while looking for a house. How the scam works. She gets money from showings by applicant fees she never intends on renting too. I told her at the begening of my application process I had a 585 credit rating. Its mainly because of non-credit in last 7 years and hospital and old 200 sprint bill. But she told me I was ok and bring check stubs which showed I make 8000.00 per month and 5 letter of recomendations of past business and home rentings. Never a late payment. When she denied me it was because of low credit score which I told her about at first. She took a credit app fee from( girlfriend who has state nurse job and good credit) and me along with many others deny and kept the money. She was very rude and learned that many scammers like her in the real estate business are scamming people out of thousands. Please dont be the next victim.
