Hands on fun 12/30/2005

The Young at Art Children's Museum is a wonderful place to bring toddlers and children of all ages. There's a lot to explore and plenty to keep everyone entertained, particularly a fun slide in the museum's center. Have your children get a passport from different areas around the museum. There was a special Clifford the Dog exhibit when my family went but exhibits rotate to keep the museum fresh. The museum has a gift shop. more

This museum is great! Lots of fun activities for the kids. From a toddler's play room that provides hands-on fun and exploration of movement. To older activities for kids including an interactive exhibit that celebrates the rich and colorful cultures of our world. Make a passport, then write stories...create music and art to discover that for all our little differences we also have common. It has a gift shop with neat toys too. There are tables and vending machines too if you want to bring lunch or a snack. Lots of fun for the kids! more
