Charise is my stylist! I have been going to Charise for years. When I statred going to Charise my hair was over processed and breaking off all the way to my scalp and she nursed ...

Overall the salon is pretty good but this is just my review so far:

Wow love my weave. Drove from Chester! 3/28/2012

Had my weave done last week. I was so happy to find a salon that really specializes in weaves. I am tired of getting disapointed. I can't thak Anika enough for doing a such a great job, it was worth the drive! more

Great Highlighting by Charise 3/13/2012

Charise is terriffic. She knows what I needed and reassurred me several times. It was the best color I've had in a long time. And she also gave me a great haircut and style. I will be back for sure. more

Thank You So Much Sheena! 3/8/2012

Been looking for a new salon for a while and a young lady at LA Fitness recommended Sheena. After I was done working out, I walked over to the salon which is in the same shopping center and asked to speak with Sheena. Happy that I did. Sheena was very nice and shE was working on a weave while I was there and her client was nice enough to allow Sheena to show exactly how she does them and recommended the same type of reusable hair that the client purchased. I came back the very next day and had it done. Before Sheena started she told me about Citysearch which I had never heard of. She told me that if i was totally satisfied to post a review of her service. Well Sheena I was totally satisfied and I posted! This is a very nice salon. more

I have had nothing but bad experiences trying to find a salon that specializes in weaves. My hair is thinning and I really need someone who knows what they are doing so I don't look foolish. more

Was searching for a salon that can do weaves. Found this salon on a search of Philly and read alot of good reviews so I gave them a try. Ashlay did my weave. I liked the that she braided my hair herself the last salon I was at had a high school kid braid my hair and it was so tight it hurt for 2 days. Ashlay made very small braids and carefully sewed the tracks in I didn't feel like she was rushing like sum stylists. I like the way she finshed off my crown there wasn't a klump there like I have had in the past. I am so glad that I found you Ashlay and I will certainly be back in the spring. more

Walked in for a dye and press 1/27/2012

I shop at the Pathmark in Cedarbrook Plaza and don't go to salons often. I noticed the salon there and dedcided to get my hair dyed. A very nice young girl name Ashley did my hair. I so enjoyed the time with her. She said that she had worked there over a year as an assistant and was recently promoted to stylist. She was so excited abou finally getting the opportunity to do hair there. She was so sweet and did a really good dye and style. Ashley, with your positive attitude and perky personality you will do well! more

Tiffany is the Queen of Weaves! 1/20/2012

I live in Boston and I have not been able to find a salon there that have put my weaves in the way I like. So while visiting Philly for a wedding, I searched the internet hoping that I would have better luck finding a salon there. Xquisite kept popping up and it wasn't far from where I was staying so I just showed up there as a walkin. I met Tiffany and she told that she could take me right away. I really felt comfortable with her and she did my weave and had me out in 2 hours. So many people at the wedding complimented my hair and I don't think any of them knew it was a weave and I certainly wasn't telling! Now, I have a problem, Tiffany did such a wonderful job that I am going to have to start traveling all the way to Philly for my service. Thanks so much Tiffany. more

Stylist Anika Benson 1/18/2012

She's great at straightening my hair! I have very difficult to manage hair. Its thick and natural. I go to Anika whenever I'm in the Wyncote area and she does a great job! She is a hard, thorough worker and she won't rush to do your hair, but takes her time to do it right. Highly recommended! more

My Weave Done Right! 1/17/2012

My sister told me about this salon and the fact that they actually specialize in sew in weaves. I had my weave done by Lee. She was very pleasant and professional and the nervousness that i had quickly went away. Lee did a tremedous job. When she was done, I was looking at my hair in the mirror and it looked so natural I couldn't even believe it. I told her what a great job she did she said ""if you really like it, please go on Citysearch and tell the world!"" So I did! Lee, sorry it took a few weeks but I didn't forget you! If you want a quality weave go to Lee! If you can go on a Friday night because they serve really great wine! more

Xquisite is Exquisite! 1/13/2012

I found Xquisite right hear on Citysearch! I was really looking for a new stylist that actually appreciates my business! I read several positive reviews about Charise and made an appointment with her. She gave me a foil highlighting which I just love. The regular price was higher than I was ready pay but when I went to their website, I found that they have a 25% Off discount for First Time clients that can be printed out and that made the price more manageable. Great parking right outside their door! I was a little concerned that a place like this does not accept checks. more

Charise Saved My Saturday Nite!!!!!!!!! 12/12/2011

My job's Christmas Party was Saturday nite. I made the mistake of going to Weave Bar that advertised sewn in weaves for $50.00. The weave was a disaster. The girl made three braids across my head that were as thick as a hotdog and then sewed the hair into them and called it a weave! It looked horrible and the stylist told me that is what I asked for and then charged me $115.00 instead of the $50.00 they advertised? I went home and just cried! After I got myself together I went on Citysearch to find a salon that specializes in weaves and I found Exquisite. I called there a spoke with Charise. I made an appointment with her for Saturday morning. When I arrived she could tell that I was still upset. while she was taking the weave out she really calmed me down and told that she would take care of me and have me looking good for the party. Charise then started braiding my hair into very small braids. She said that she usually has an assistant put the braids in but she knew my scalp was going to be a bit tender from the previous days weave and the process of taking it out today so she braided it herself. She then sewed the hair in in much more systematic and professional manner then the day before. My hair looked great! Charise you saved my party because if I didn't get that mess fixed, I would not have gone to the party. I know I was long winded but I was hoping save someone else from trying to save a few bucks by going to a weave bar. Thanks again Charise, I will be back!!!!!!! more

IF UR A LOVER OF FASHION & NEED THE HAIR TO MATCH !!!! 12/2/2011

I have been a client here for 4 years now. My stylist is Lee. She is very professional and good at what she does. My favorite thing that she's done so far is my sew-in, which I loved, loved, loved. I love how she sees the whole head and not just a style when styling you. She is also on point when it comes to hair maintenance. Your hair will never be too thin or too full. You will have ahead full of body and shine, what girl doesn't want that. You'll love the service and the friendly staff as well. I hope I was able to help anyone looking for a new salon and stylist. more

Very Nice Weave 11/29/2011

New to Philadelphia and have been trying to find a good salon. I went on Citysearch and and read reviews from several salons and ended up going to Xquisite mainly because wanted a weave and they specialize in that service. I made my appointment with Sheena as she had numerous positives posts. Sheena did a very good job in fact the best weave that I have ever had. She also sold me the hair which is really nice quality hair not like the junk in the hair stores. I made appointment on a Friday and was pleasantly suprised that they serve wine on Friday evenings. I will have to make Fridays my hair nite! Very nice salon but was very crowded. more

Lee is definitely the best!!! 11/11/2011

I have been going to Lee for at least 5 years. She is excellent. Lee takes the time to make sure my hair is just the way I want it. She has styled my hair over the years for special occaisions including weddings and vacations and my many travels across the states for work. I can always call and say ""Lee, I gotta go outta town"" and she will suggest the best syle for the occasion and then hook me up! I just recently posted Lee's curls as my profile pic and have gotten so many compliments so I have to give credit where its due. Lee, you are the best!!!! more

I am impressed with my new hairstylist, Anika Benson. She is very friendly and most of all she knows how to do hair. I showed Anika a picture one time of the way I wanted my hair and she took it from there (never had to show her again). Anika definitely has skills. I only wish she was closer to my home. However, I don't mind traveling from Jersey. Anika is also very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. Anika you go girl!!! I love my hair and received lots of compliments. See ya soon! (Lord willing) oh, and thanks for the advise. i picked up the Olive Oil today. more

I just started seeing Anika 2 weeks ago. Anika was very professional, friendly and has good conversation. Anika was understanding when it came to my hair and how to care for it. She know what she was talking about when it came to hair care and how I should manage my hair at home. Anika also told me she is an Event Planner, and that she is working on her daughter sweet 16 party. I very was impressed with her, my hair and the time I got out of the salon. more

Sheree is the best hairstylist in Philly! 10/25/2011

Sheree is my favorite hairstylist and I've had plenty of them! She's the only one who listens to what you want and gives input on how to make it work for your face. I'd never go anywhere else for a good style and color. I'm also very last minute and she always squeezes me in if she can. My favorite part is I like to relax while I'm getting my hair done and she gives the best head massages! Trust me you'll love your hair when she's done! more
