Best Chinese in South Jersey 12/29/2007

Having travelled Asia frequently on business in the past ten years, it was very refreshing to find Wu's when we moved to Mount Laurel. Not sure what one of the reviewers was looking for in terms of a "bistro" but he/she likely never have been exposed to authentic Chinese food. I have frequented over 10 Chinese restarants in the area since moving and I would rank Wu's number one. The house specialties are very good and they can make anything off menu that you request. The ambiance is nothing special but the service and food more than make up for it. more

Only a bistro in name 8/20/2005

When I saw this restaurant while shopping at the nearby Produce Junction, I thought that it would be a restaurant serving real, "bistro" quality food. Well, after eating here, I can safely say that this restaurant is only a bistro in name. The price of each entree is slightly more than most average Chinese places charge, and the food you get is a lot worse. The food I ordered (sesame chicken and a Hunan beef) tasted extremely salty, and reminded me of eating at the local mall. The decor was nothing special or different. Luckily, the service was acceptable. However, the food was so bad and overpriced that I don't think I will ever eat here again. Don't waste your time here. more

Wu's Bistro 8/2/2005

At Wu's Bistro, the weekend special of Ginger Scallion Lobster is extremely good. The fried calamari as a side dish is almost like a meal in itself. This restaurant has very good seafood dishes. It is located very close to the Marlton Circle in the heart of south jersey. The dining atmosphere is pleasant and the food is reasonably priced. more
