Very rude and unprofessional service by both the manager and employees. I purchased very nice Christmas cards from Write Impressions and when I opened the package to address my cards I found that the cards were faulty. The paper insert fell out of all the cards making it impossible for any recipients to hang the entire card. When I attempted to return the cards, the cashier didn't seem to believe that the cards were faulty asked her superior whether or not they should allow me to return the cards as though I were invisible. They finally came to the conclusion that they would allow me to return the faulty merchandise. I suspect that the cashier didn't like the fact that one of her superiors wanted to accept my return as the cashier chose to ask another superior if I should be allowed to return it to which (in front of me) she told the cashier that she wouldn't have allowed me to return it. They finally came to the conclusion that they would return the money after I had to once again tell them that the merchadise was faulty. At that point I was so enrage at their very rude and unprofessional demeanor I promptly discarded the other merchandise I had planned to purchase that day. I have recommended Write Impressions for years. My friends have purchased pretty pricey wedding invitations per my recommendation. I am no longer recommending the shop. If they can't handle a $15.00 faulty piece of merchandise professionally, I would hate to think of what would happen if there were problems with my wedding invitations. Stay away.
