do your own research. review their licenses on the real estate commission's website (MAJOR HINT). and be sure to read reviews of them. the reviews do not paint a pretty picture, with the exception of someone who says they work with them, and how if working solutions wasn't doing their job, then no one would complain. \r

the fact is people give praise where it is due. if working solutions was doing their job, no one would complain. people would probably praise them. \r
\r
the only people who lavish this company with any praise work directly with them. \r
\r
i live in a community managed by this company. there are a lot of dissatisfied people here.
